Product Overview

The Drawer Support Bracket is used in Panda™ and Giraffe™ Warmers, which is part of the Maternal-Infant Care system. The bracket supports the storage shroud assembly and holds the drawer. It is fixed to din rail, the drawer support is provided using drawer mounting locks, split ring washers, and button head cap screws. The bracket is used in both single and double drawers. The bracket is made of hot rolled sheet steel, which has high strength, low weight, high durability, ductility and resistance to corrosion. Steel is an alloy of iron and carbon, and sometimes other elements. Hot rolled steel is typically cheaper than cold rolled steel due to the fact that it is often manufactured without any delays in the process, and therefore the reheating of the steel is not required. Hot rolling is a mill process which involves rolling the steel at a high temperature (typically at a temperature over 1700° F), which is above the steel's recrystallization temperature. Hot rolled steel is used in situations where precise shapes and tolerances are not required.
