Product Overview
This zinc plated steel screw is a round head socket hex screw with an unthreaded section called the shoulder across the middle of the shaft. This smooth section of the shaft allows the bolt to pass through a piece or pieces of material and act as a pivot point. The bolts' shoulder has a larger diameter than the thread, so the thread fits through the material easily for fastening. The length of this bolt is 35 mm, with a M4 thread over the length of 20 mm, the provided hex socket can be driven by a hex wrench. Zinc plated steel material provides the screw with good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. This shoulder screw is used in assemblies of GE X-Ray systems.
