Features
- Good dimensional stability
- High corrosion resistance
- High fatigue endurance
- High strength and stiffness properties
Product Overview
The Stud with Eccentric is a relatively rod that is threaded on inside with hex-drive socket head. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a precise fit of the parts as per the requirement. The carbon steel material used for manufacturing has good mechanical properties like tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance which ensures a long-life span for the part. The threaded part is made by a high precision method for a precisely cut thread finish to make for a smoother operation. It remains stationary during screw tightening hence the studs stretch on one axis alone, providing a much more even and accurate clamping forces. The use of stud results in less wear applied to the block’s threads, this extends the life of the threaded holes.
